MedikalCRM has an advanced authorization infrastructure that enables different users to use the system according to their job descriptions and areas of responsibility. Thanks to this structure, each employee can be assigned role-specific access; for example, a patient representative can access only communication and appointment screens, while doctors are authorized to view their own appointments and medical information related to their patients. Managers, on the other hand, have full access to the entire system, allowing them to monitor both operations and user activities. This segmented structure ensures data security and allows users to operate only within areas related to their workflow. At the same time, all actions performed within the system are recorded, providing traceability when needed. In this way, authorization confusion is prevented, data security is maximized, and organizational discipline is maintained.
